Box art for two new LEGO Elves sets have been revealed. Both sets , Aira’s Pegasus Sleigh (pictured below) and Skyra’s Mysterious Sky Castle (pictured above), are slated to be released in August, 2015. While the box images for both sets previously surfaced in March along with the LEGO Elves official trailer , the new images are of much higher quality and serve to display the strong fantasy element of the theme.

More buildable figure sets are being added to LEGO Star Wars line according to a recent announcement. Sets of General Grevious (pictured above) and Obi-Wan Kenobi (pictured below) have now been revealed and will be part of the LEGO Star Wars line that includes figures of Jango Fett, Clone Commander Cody, Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.Read More »
A LEGO Tatooine Mini-build set will be made available exclusively at the upcoming 2015 Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, California. The Tatooine Mini-build set will feature non-minifgure scale buildings and characters from the iconic planet from the Star Wars franchises and a minfigure of C-3PO. The set features mini-models of the Landspeeder and a Sandcrawler. Also featured is the home of Luke Skywalker’s Aunt and Uncle. Expect to see more details about this exclusive LEGO Star Wars Tatooine Mini-build set as the Star Wars celebration event date apporaches.

The existence of a LEGO The Simpson’s Kwik-E-Mart set has now been confirmed thanks to a new press release from LEGO. The new set features nearly as many pieces as The Simpsons House, the only other LEGO The Simpsons playset currently available, and is priced just the same, at $199.99. Aside from the Kwik-E-Mart it self, other highlights of the set include an exclusive figure of career criminal Snake and a detailed model of Chief Wiggum’s police cruiser. The set will be available starting this May.
LEGO Elves, the newly released LEGO theme, has a new trailer available for viewing on YouTube. LEGO is hoping its newly released theme, LEGO Elves, will provide the firm with additional momentum to capture an increasing share of the toy market. Targeted at the female market, the LEGO Elves theme is meant to complement the Princess and Friends line that have proven to be extremely lucrative for the Danish construction toy juggernaut. As LEGO strengthens its grip over the construction toy space, of which it already holds 70%, it comes closer to becoming the biggest toy company by revenue, a title currently held by Mattel. But LEGO already has all of its rivals beat in one regard: it has the highest market capitalization of any toy company.
