Worlds Largest LEGO Model - X Wing

LEGO has revealed a model of the iconic X-Wing fighter built out of more than 5.3 million bricks in anticipation of the premier of The Yoda Chronicles on Cartoon Network, which is set to take place on May 29th at 8 PM. The world’s largest LEGO model took 32 builders roughly four months to construct at the LEGO Model Shop in Kladno, Czech Republic. At 43 feet long, 11 feet tall and with a wingspan of 44 feet, the worlds largest LEGO model is 42 times the size of the X-Wing set it is based upon. Now on display at New York’s Time Square, the model will be making it ways to LEGOLAND California this summer where it will remain for the rest of the year.
