New Toys Bring Olympic Spirit Right Into the Palm of Your Hand

The Olympics are under way in London, England and an assortment of collectibles are now available to celebrate the occasion. Plush figures of both London 2012 mascots, Wenlock and Mandeville, housed in mugs,are available for £10.00 a piece while die-cast models of a London taxi and double decker bus can be had for £12.00 each. In addition, Transport for London has more Olympic offerings at its official online shop. The 2012 Summer Olympic games in London run through August 12th.

July Siku Releases Offer Everything From Cars to Cruise Ships

Tractors, trains and trucks sum up many of Siku’s July releases fairly well, in addition to buses, cars, cruise ships and combine harvesters. In that sense, it is actually very difficult to sum up Siku’s offerings for the month of July but the German vehicle model company does truly seem to have something for every taste. Highlights from the set of releases in July include the Wiesmann Roadster MF5 , the Queen Mary II cruise ship, the Lexion 770 combine harvester ,the John Deere 8360 RT tractor, and the Mercedes-Actros driver’s cabin on a long 4-axle chassis.
